Finance Manager (B085)


Position with a multinational FMCG company.

Responsibilities:
1. Business partnering with Sales Department to provide financial analysis, advise and business decision support
2. Manage, coordinate and compile South Asia consolidation (ie: budget, forecast & actual) which involves Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia
3. To support and partner with budget holders to manage overhead budgets effectively
4. To manage and establish liaison with external auditors to ensure that all statutory reporting is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner
5. To review and drive improvement in financial processes and corporate governance on a proactive basis
6. To carry out any ad-hoc projects and reporting whenever assigned by the Finance Director
7. To serve as key point of contact for the IT Tech Center on financial matters.

Requirements:
1. Qualified accountant
2. At least 5 years working experience preferably in a FMCG environment with at least 2 years in managerial capacity
3. Possess strong business acumen and analytical skills
4. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines.
6. Proactive and a team player coupled with good leadership qualities
7. Self motivated and driven individual with strong achievement orientation.
